By using ForgeID.app, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Understand that blockchain transactions are irreversible
• Accept responsibility for your wallet and private keys

ForgeID.app provides:

• AI-powered avatar generation from user-uploaded images
• Multiple artistic styles and customization options
• Blockchain minting services for NFTs and Soulbound Tokens
• IPFS storage for decentralized metadata and image storage
• Web3 wallet integration and blockchain interaction

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Content Requirements

You agree to only upload images that:

• You own or have permission to use
• Do not contain illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Are not pornographic, violent, or discriminatory
• Do not contain personal information of others without consent

Prohibited Uses

You may not use ForgeID.app to:

• Generate content that violates laws or regulations
• Create deepfakes or misleading content
• Impersonate others or create false identities
• Spam or abuse the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
• Use automated tools to circumvent rate limits

Your Content

You retain ownership of images you upload. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process your images to generate avatars
• Store generated content on IPFS
• Display your avatars in your profile
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting

Generated Avatars

You own the avatars generated from your images. However, you acknowledge that:

• Generated avatars are created using AI technology
• Similar avatars may be generated for other users
• We do not guarantee uniqueness of generated content
• You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws

Our Technology

ForgeID.app's AI models, algorithms, and platform technology remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our technology without permission.

Blockchain Transactions

ForgeID.app facilitates blockchain transactions but does not control the underlying networks. You acknowledge that:

• Blockchain transactions are irreversible and permanent
• Base minting charges 1 ForgeID credit per successful mint. Network gas is paid separately by you in ETH on Base; ForgeID does not sponsor it.
• The credit is reserved before authorization and settled after chain finality. Unused authorizations are refunded only after expiry and finalized chain verification. Failed on-chain transactions may still consume your gas.
• Network congestion may cause delays or failures
• You are responsible for maintaining your wallet security
• We cannot recover lost funds or reverse transactions

Soulbound Tokens

Soulbound Tokens (SBTs) are non-transferable by design. You understand that:

• SBTs cannot be sold, traded, or transferred
• They represent your unique digital identity
• You can mint multiple SBTs from the same wallet address
• Each portrait can be minted once per configured contract. The token cannot be burned or recovered to another wallet.

Regulatory Compliance

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding cryptocurrency, NFTs, and digital assets in your jurisdiction.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

• We process images only to generate avatars
• Generated content is stored on decentralized IPFS
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties
• You can request deletion of your data
• We implement security measures to protect your information

By using our Service, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

Service Availability

ForgeID.app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific results from avatar generation
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers
• Availability of third-party services (IPFS, blockchain networks)

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForgeID.app shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Blockchain network failures or delays
• Third-party service interruptions
• User-generated content or its use

AI-Generated Content

AI-generated avatars may not always meet your expectations. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy or quality of generated content
• Uniqueness of generated avatars
• Compliance with specific artistic requirements
• Absence of bias in AI generation

Termination by You

You may stop using ForgeID.app at any time. However, blockchain transactions and IPFS-stored content cannot be reversed or deleted.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abuse the Service or other users
• Fail to pay required fees

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. However, your blockchain transactions and IPFS-stored content remain permanent.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. These terms shall not be governed by the United Nations convention on contracts for the sale of international goods, the Uniform Commercial Code, nor Incoterms.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation first
• Binding arbitration if negotiation fails
• Individual claims only (no class actions)
• Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms including but not limited to the interpretation or breach thereof shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in United States County, Wyoming

You and Webminter LLC agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes:

• We will post the updated Terms on our website
• We will update the "Last updated" date
• Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms

If you disagree with updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
